I let myself down a bit today. Too much to do before work, and so I only got in a walk of a mile and a fifth. Still, that "only" is more outdoor activity than many Americans get in a week. And being outdoors is glorious. How can I not like that? Especially while the Indian Summer is in effect here in Pennsylvania.
Two days into my reduced calorie intake and I'm doing OK. I've held to 2200 or less each day, with a little hunger now and again, but it passes. Tracking on Fitday, like blogging, helps me stay focused.
