A list of what I am bringing for the MS City to Shore:
- One Team Copaxone jersey
- three pairs of bike shorts. One for the ride down to Ocean City, two for the ride back. Yes, I am "double bagging" on Sunday, if I ride that day.
- two compression shirts
- two pairs bike socks - the ones with fish on them and a white pair, both chosen simply to annoy my team captain.
- Specialized Mountain Bike shoes
- Performance gel gloves
- arm warmers
- knee warmers
- long sleeved shirt, jeans, and other off-the-bike clothing. I'll include a sweatshirt because it can be cold down on the shore in the evening.
- one bottle Gatorade
- three Clif Bars
- a gel or two
- carob energy chunks from Kimberton Whole Foods.
- a bike - almost forgot that!
- pump and flat kit
- reading material. A book or two which may or may not have anything to do with bikes.
